I've used Clickbank (www.clickbank.com) for several years and find it an excellent service. Although not Australian (US), it's effective and relatively cheap.

Most Australian facilities require start-up costs, monthly charges etc which can be crippling for home businesses in their infant industry phase ie, limited sales or income.
